TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing rustycron.com and using our services (VIP ranks, store, game server), you accept these Terms of Service. If you disagree, please refrain from using the service.

2. Service description

RustyCron offers VIP ranks for the Rust server with features that enhance gameplay comfort. Ranks are monthly subscriptions that renew automatically until cancelled.

Important: VIP ranks grant comfort benefits (homes, kits, coins) but do not constitute pay-to-win advantages in direct combat. RustyCron is not responsible for changes in the base game (Rust) that may temporarily affect plugin functionality.

3. Payments and subscriptions

• Payments are processed securely via Stripe.
• Subscriptions renew automatically each month on the same date of purchase.
• The displayed price includes VAT (21%) where applicable.
• You can cancel your subscription at any time from your Stripe customer portal; access will be maintained until the end of the billing period.
• In the event of non-payment, the rank will be automatically deactivated.

4. Rank activation

The rank is activated on the Rust server within a maximum of 5 minutes after payment confirmation. A valid Steam ID is required. RustyCron is not responsible for failed activations due to an incorrect Steam ID provided by the user.

5. Code of conduct

The use of VIP ranks does not exempt you from complying with server rules. Serious rule violations may result in a permanent ban without the right to a refund.

6. Intellectual property

All content on rustycron.com (design, text, images) is property of RustyCron. Rust™ is a registered trademark of Facepunch Studios. We are not affiliated with Facepunch Studios.

7. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms with 15 days notice. Continued use of the service after that period implies acceptance of the new terms.
