The data controller is RustyCron, an independently managed Rust server. For any enquiries you can contact us through the form at /contacto or via Discord.

2. Data we collect

• Steam ID: required to activate your rank on the server.
• Email and name: provided voluntarily in contact forms or during the payment process (managed by Stripe).
• Discord username (optional): so we can contact you in case of an issue.
• Browsing data: we do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

3. Purpose of processing

Data is used exclusively for:

• Activating and managing your VIP rank on the Rust server.
• Processing payments via Stripe (card details are never stored by us).
• Handling support and contact requests.
• Sending you relevant server information if you have given your consent.

4. Third parties and transfers

We use Stripe for payment processing. Stripe operates under its own privacy policies and is GDPR compliant. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for advertising purposes.

5. Data retention

Data associated with your subscription is retained while the contractual relationship is active and during the applicable legal periods after cancellation (maximum 5 years for tax obligations).

6. Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by contacting us through our form. You have the right to file a complaint with the relevant data protection authority.
